Gopuff is an instant commerce brand delivering groceries, drinks, and everyday essentials in 20 minutes or less. They wanted to retain (and grow) the cult following they have in their home city of Philadelphia while gaining more traction across the US and Europe.
Following an informative kickoff at Gopuff's LA office, I helped conduct interviews and workshops with key stakeholders. From there, I distilled our strategic positioning and product offering into a single word: “Direct”.
This was my guiding principle in creating a new tagline and tone of voice to support the evolved visual expression. The final deliverable was a brand playbook created in Figma and packaged up with a suite of marketing assets and templates.
